GC Announces Coupon Rates of 2.65% p.a. for 7-Year Debentures and 3.00% p.a. for 10-Year Debentures, with Priority Subscription Offered to PTTGC296A Holders, Followed by Senior Citizens and the General Public, from 14–21 September 2026

Bangkok – 3 September 2026 – PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), a global leader in the chemical business and the chemical flagship of PTT Group, has announced coupon rates for two new debenture tranches; a 7-year tranche at 2.65% per annum and a 10-year tranche at 3.00% per annum. The Company will offer priority subscription to existing holders of PTTGC296A (issued in 2022), followed by senior citizens, and the general public, respectively. The debentures were assigned an AA-(tha) rating from Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited on 20 July 2026. Subscription period is tentatively scheduled for 14–21 September 2026, through six leading financial institutions: Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, KASIKORNBANK, Siam Commercial Bank, and CIMB Thai Bank.

For this offering, GC will provide existing holders of PTTGC296A debentures with priority subscription rights, allowing them to invest in the 7-year and 10-year tranches with no no maximum subscription amount during the first phase of subscription period. GC will also proceed with the early redemption of the PTTGC296A debentures on 11 September 2026, enabling holders of PTTGC296A debentures to immediately reinvest in the new debentures. During the second phase of subscription period, the offering will be open to senior citizens, an investor group that GC has consistently prioritized, with the aim of providing access to stable and sustainable investment opportunities that can generate a steady stream of income throughout their retirement. For the third phase of subscription period, the debentures will be offered to the general public, broadening access to stable investment opportunities for a wider range of investors.

Mr. Thitipong Jurapornsiridee, Executive Vice President - Finance and Accounting at GC, stated “GC places great importance on maintaining financial strength and discipline, enabling the Company to stand firm amid challenges and advance steadily into its next chapter of growth. This debenture issuance is a part of GC's efficient capital structure and liquidity management. The company plans to use the proceeds to replenish cash previously used for debt repayment, which will enhance financial flexibility and support the execution of our strategies to strengthen the petrochemicals business, expand growth in the Specialty and Green & Bio businesses, and lay the foundations for future growth, thereby to reinforcing GC's long-term competitiveness”

The joint lead arrangers for this debenture offering added that this offering provides another investment alternative for investors seeking debentures issued by a highly rated company and a leading member of the PTT Group. Amid the prevailing uncertainty, investing in companies with strong business fundamentals and high creditworthiness is an important consideration. The debentures are designed to meet the needs of investors seeking long-term financial stability and planning, offering consistent returns alongside confidence in the company's strength and potential.

To provide investment access to a broad range of investors, the debenture offering will be offered in three phases:

  • Phase 1 during 14–15 September 2026 reserved for existing holders of PTTGC296A debentures.
  • Phase 2 during 16–17 September 2026 reserved for senior citizens (individual investors who are 60 years of age or older, or turning 60 in the year 2026—specifically those born on 31 December 1966 or before).
  • Phase 3 during 18 and 21 September 2026 for general public

For all three subscription phases the minimum subscription amount is set at 100,000 Baht subsequent increments of 100,000 Baht, and no maximum limit per individual investor.
