GC Offers Two Tranches of Debentures to the General Public With Coupon Rates of 2.65% p.a. for 7-Year Tranche and 3.00% p.a. for 10-Year Tranche Strengthening Capital Structure to Support Future Growth

Bangkok – 11 September 2026 – PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), a global leader in the chemical business and the chemical flagship of PTT Group, is offering unsubordinated and unsecured debentures with a debentureholders' representative, callable by the issuer prior to maturity, through a public offering. The offering comprises two tranches: 7-year debenture with a coupon rate of 2.65% per annum and 10-year debenture with a coupon rate of 3.00% per annum. Subscription will be during 14 – 21 September 2026. The debentures were assigned an AA-(tha) rating from Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited on 20 July 2026.
The debentures will be offered in three phases: Phase 1, during 14 – 15 September 2026, for existing holders of PTTGC296A debentures; Phase 2, during 16 – 17 September 2026, for senior citizens (individual investors aged 60 or above, including those turning 60 in the year 2026); and Phase 3, during 18 and 21 September 2026, for general public, with subscriptions available through six leading financial institutions: Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, KASIKORNBANK, Siam Commercial Bank, and CIMB Thai Bank.
Mr. Thitipong Jurapornsiridee, Executive Vice President - Finance and Accounting at GC, stated “The primary objective of this debenture offering is to manage the company's capital structure and liquidity management. The Company plans to issue debentures up to THB 17,000 million to replenish cash previously used for debt repayment. Following this debenture issuance, the Company will further strengthen its liquidity position and support its future business operations for stable and sustainable growth.
During the first six months of 2026, GC reported net profit more than THB 15,400 million and maintained cash and cash equivalents more than THB 54,000 million. Nevertheless, the Company remains committed to financial discipline and continues to pursue its debt reduction plan. This year, GC has debt repayment totaling THB 24,000 million, while planning to issue replacement debentures of up to THB 17,000 million.
The joint lead arrangers for this debenture offering added that the THB 17,000 million debenture issuance through all six lead arrangers reflects GC's commitment to its capital structure management plan, alongside its continued efforts to ensure broad and inclusive access for investors, including existing holders of PTTGC296A debentures, senior citizens, and general public who have continuously supported GC.
For all three subscription phases the minimum subscription amount is set at 100,000 Baht with a subsequent increment of 100,000 Baht, and no maximum limit per investor.
