Remarks : Significant change in the shareholding structure in subsidiaries and affiliates from 1 January 2025 to 15 May 2026
(1) August 6th, 2025 : The Board of Directors of Vencorex Holding, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of PTTGC, approved Vencorex Holding to enter into a Share Purchase Agreement to sell 100% of the ordinary shares of Vencorex US, Inc. (Vencorex U.S.) and Vencorex (Thailand) Company Limited (Vencorex Thailand) to subsidiaries of Covestro AG
(2) October 20th, 2025 : The company sold 20.1% of shares in Kuraray GC Advanced Materials Company Limited (KGC) to Kuraray Company Limited (KRR). As a result, GC currently holds 13.3 % of KGC shares
(3) February 27, 2026 : The company sold 35.43% of shares in Thai Tank Terminal Limited (TTT) to PTT Tank Terminal Company Limited (PTT TANK). As a result, GC currently holds 1 % of TTT total shares
(4) May 12, 2026 : The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PTT MCC Biochem Company Limited (PTTMCC), a joint venture company in which the Company holds 50% of its total shares, approved PTTMCC’s Business Withdrawal Plan.
(5) PTT Asahi Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTAC) is under the business withdrawal process.
As of May 2026
