On April 7, 2023, Dr. Piyasvasti Amranand, Chairman of the Board of Directors, along with Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, Chief Executive Officer & President, and senior executives, attended the meeting and addressed shareholder inquiries. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 for shareholders was held in an electronic format (E-AGM), with live streaming from The Synergy Hall, 6^th floor, EnCo C Building. This virtual setup allowed shareholders to receive updates on the company's performance in the fiscal year 2022, dividend payments, and the approval of various matters in compliance with legal requirements. This year, a total of 1,732 shareholders and proxy holders participated in the meeting, which was successfully conducted.
