Jérôme Caldeira

Jérôme leads GC’s Corporate Venture Capital activities in Europe, focusing on backing disruptive, high-impact startups and fostering strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth and value creation.

Prior to joining GC, he held various Corporate Development’s senior positions with global leaders in advanced materials and climate technologies. Jérôme successfully led more than 40 M&A and Venture Capital deals in more than 15 countries across Europe, North America and APAC.

He is a lecturer in M&A at ESSEC Business School and an active member of ARFA, the French Association of M&A Leaders.

Jérôme is an alumnus from ESSEC Business School (France) and holds a Civil Engineering degree from ESTP (France) as well as a Master of Science degree (MSc) from the University of Birmingham (UK).
