The Thailand Capital Markets Deal award recognizes outstanding capital markets transactions in Thailand over the past year, evaluating key aspects such as deal size, transaction structure, investor reception, and overall market significance. In 2025, GC was the only Thai corporate recipient of this award, attributed to its landmark issuance of USD-denominated subordinated hybrid debentures, comprising 5.25-year and 10-year tranches, totaling USD 1.1 billion. The offering was met with exceptionally strong global investor demand, with orders reaching 8 times the offering size, reflecting strong investor confidence in GC’s financial strength and strategic execution.
