Bangkok – 7 April 2026 – PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), a global leader in the chemical business, has been honored with three major distinctions from leading Asian financial publication— FinanceAsia and The Asset. These recognitions underscore GC’s strong capabilities in corporate financial management and international capital market execution, while reaffirming investor confidence in the company’s financial stability.

GC received two awards at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025: Best Corporate Finance Team, Thailand – Winner, and Best Bond Deal, Thailand – Highly Commended, on 4 March 2026. In addition, GC has won the Best Hybrid Bond, Thailand award at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance, on 31 March 2026.

The Best Bond Deal, Thailand and Best Hybrid Bond, Thailand awards recognize GC’s successful issuance of USD‑denominated subordinated hybrid debentures, comprising 5.25‑year and 10‑year tranches totaling USD 1.1 billion. This transaction stands as one of the most notable international capital market deals executed by a Thai corporation in recent years. Meanwhile, the Best Corporate Finance Team, Thailand award reflects GC’s strong capabilities in corporate financial management, strategic capital structure planning, and effective execution of cross‑border transactions, earning recognition from global investors and financial institutions.

This transaction formed part of GC’s Deleveraging Program implemented in 2025, aimed at strengthening the company’s financial position, maintaining its investment‑grade credit rating, and enhancing capital structure flexibility to support future growth in High Value–Low Carbon businesses.
