The amount was fully paid in February 2023. GC Ventures Co., Ltd. On 27 February 2023, GC Ventures Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, has called for an increase in paid-up capital approved in the 2023 Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the subsidiary held on 26 January 2023 for investment in Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) totalling Baht 497 million. The amount was fully paid in March 2023. During the year ended 31 December 2022, GC Ventures Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, has called for an increase in paid-up capital approved in the 2021 Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the subsidiary held on 5 July 2021 and the 2022 Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the subsidiary held on 23 March 2022 for investment in Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) totalling Baht 526.39 million. The amount was fully paid during the year ended 31 December 2022.
