In addition, as a policy, GC determines employee remuneration based on their performance, provides competitive welfare for its employees and their families compared to other leading companies in similar businesses, and takes care of its retiring employees to ensure a happy retirement. In addition, it is GC’s policy to employ and promote career advancement for people with disabilities, in line with the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act, B.E. 2550 (2007).
