To embed sustainability into PTTGC’s management strategies and to practice sustainability as a part of our business, PTTGC’s Executive Committee is appointed as PTTGC’s Corporate Social Responsibility committee (CSR Committee). The Committee is chaired by PTTGC’s CEO and members consist of every executive from both corporate and operations. The Committee is accountable for playing proactive roles in decision-making, direction-setting and provision of oversight of management’s performance in implementing CSR Policy and strategy. The Committee meets on a quarterly basis to ensure an effective implementation of vision and strategy effectively. Key sustainability issues are included in the corporate and business unit planning processes, risk management and measuring progress through Corporate Dashboard by Balanced Scorecard monitoring and CSR Committee Meetings.
